Ant Hill Shooting Club of Southport North Carolina is proud to announce that we will be hosting the North Carolina Section Championship on September 19-21, 2008.
The match will be comprised of 9 stages, including one USPSA Classifier, with a shot count of approximately 220 rounds. The match is set up with eight squads, with each squad starting on the stage number that corresponds to the last digit of you squad number. No squad will start on the USPSA classifier. The stage diagrams will be posted after they have been designed and approved by USPSA headquarters.
The match will run over three days, but shooters will be able to shoot the match at one of four different 4-hour time slots. In order to ensure that the shooters flow from one stage to another, no squad will have more than 7 shooters or 56 shooters per time shooting period. To ensure that you get the shooting time you prefer, you are encouraged to register early. The match will be able to accommodate 224 shooters.

Late Fee: A late fee of $25.00 becomes effective for all registrations postmarked AFTER August 22, 2008.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after August 22, 2008. No Exceptions.
Registration: At Ant Hill Shooting Club.

Saturday, 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM
Sunday, 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM
In addition you must attend the shooters meeting that will be held 30 minutes prior to your designated time to shoot.
Squadding: This match will use the USPSA self-squadding system unless your registration includes a preferred squad number. If you know what squad you want to shoot in, we will squad you when you are entered into the match. Just ask for the squad you want.
The following rules will apply to the squadding system.
You will not be entered in the match or squadded on the USPSA website until you pay the match fee- No EXCEPTIONS.
If you wait too long to pay and your preferred squad is full, you will have to pick a different squad (or even a different time slot).
We will not rearrange squads because you waited too long to register.
Squads are limited to 7 shooters or a maximum of 56 shooters per time slot.
Match Hotel: There is no official match hotel, but here are some in Southport and Shallotte which are all within 20 miles of the range.
